Every Bright.net Dial-up account comes with 3 mailboxes. Your first e-mail account is created when you sign up for services. This page is available for setting up your two free e-mail boxes. If you would like to request more than your two free e-mail boxes your account will be billed $3.00/mo. per extra box.



To request a mailbox @neobright.net or @brightdsl.net just fill in your current username, the username you would like to use for the new mailbox.

This Process may take 24 to 72 Hours.

Requested username must be minimum of 3 to maximum of 8 characters long.
